There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to shift your service time or ask you to reschedule if you’re more than 15 minutes behind.
Book ahead to secure your ideal spot! Pre-booking is highly recommended.
Keeping a card on file secures your appointments and protects against late cancellations or no-shows.

Cash, Zelle, or card payments accepted. Card transactions carry a 3% processing fee.
Reach out within 48 hours if there’s a concern; all issues should be addressed within 3 days, otherwise a mini fill may be required.
